Corrections, data questions and commercial enquiries, and what we do with each.

How to reach us

Email is the only channel we monitor: [email protected]

We read everything and reply to most things. Three categories get priority.

Corrections

If a number on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. This is the most useful message you can send.

Useful corrections include the page, the figure you believe is wrong, and what you think it should be. If you have a source, include it. We do not need you to be polite about it.

When we correct something material, we say so on the page rather than editing quietly. A site that revises its numbers without acknowledgement is asking you to trust a record you cannot inspect.

Data questions

If you want to know where a specific figure comes from, ask. Our methodology page covers the general case, and we are happy to explain a particular table.

We are also interested in hearing where our data is thin. We hold catalogue data for a subset of operators and on-chain data for those settling in crypto. If a casino you care about is missing from a table, that is a gap rather than a judgement, and knowing which gaps matter to readers helps us prioritise.

Operators and commercial enquiries

Operators are welcome to contact us about factual errors in coverage, and we treat those exactly like any other correction.

What we do not offer: paid placement, score adjustments, removal of criticism, or advance sight of a review. Our funding page explains what a commercial relationship does and does not affect. If those terms do not work, we understand, and the coverage stays as it is.
